Information concerning airblue and its services, including flight schedules, routes, fares, text, graphics, button icons, audio and video clips, digital downloads, data compilations (including Customer and BlueMiles information), logos and information regarding the status of airblue flights, etc. is referred to as "Company Information." airblue owns all copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names related to the Company Information and the Company Information is proprietary to Airblue.

Terms and Conditions of Use

Airblue's web sites and any Company Information are available to you only to learn about, evaluate, or purchase Airblue's services and products. Unless you are an approved Airblue travel agent, you may use the Airblue web sites and any Company Information only for personal, noncommercial purposes. Agents must sell tickets at the price presented by the reservations system. Artificially raising fares or using commissions to lower fares is not permitted. Except in connection with your authorized use of the Airblue web sites, you may not copy, modify, display, license, distribute, transmit, or download the Company Information without Airblue's written consent. Do not use the Airblue web sites to make any speculative or false reservation.
You may not use any "deep-link," "page-scrape," "robot," "spider" or other automatic device, program, algorithm or methodology which does the same things, to access, acquire, copy, or monitor any portion of the Airblue web sites or any Company Information. Any use of the Airblue web sites that results in the depletion of web site infrastructural resources is not authorized. When you use the Airblue web sites or Company Information for an authorized purpose, you should include all proprietary notices without changing or hiding them. As a condition of your use of the Airblue web sites, you promise that you will not use the Airblue web sites or Company Information for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions.

Airblue is concerned about your right to privacy. Security

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. The airblue.com network is protected by a monitored access control system to prevent unauthorized entry to mission critical systems. All privileged data are stored in encoded form inside of access restricted databases. Our customers are required to use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) HTTP connections whenever they are processing a transaction at any stage (personal information, entering their credit card info, etc). All files are transmitted through secure pipelines.
Credit Card Transactions are monitored and processed by a reputable third party for e-commerce transaction.
SSL uses extremely powerful encryption which makes it very difficult for others to gain access to your data. SSL requires that you use Netscape 1.22 or later (or any other browser that supports SSL). You can download the newest version from Netscape's site.

The airblue web sites may have links to partner web sites which are not operated, controlled or maintained by airblue. While we try to only provide links to those web sites which are in good taste and not offensive to visitors of the airblue web sites, airblue is not responsible for the content of such web sites and cannot guarantee that such web sites will not change without our knowledge, and inclusion of such links in the airblue web sites does not imply airblue's endorsement or approval of the linked sites or their content.

Forms of Payment

Tickets may be purchased at the airblue web site using either of the following credit cards: MasterCard or Visa.

You may also hold your reservation for 24 hours and make an in-person payment at any one of our many payment centers.

If you wish to use another form of payment (e.g., BlueMiles redemption, gift certificate, discount coupon), please contact airblue Reservations at 111-AIRBLUE (111-247-258) for information about how to use those payment options.

If you are holding a BlueMiles reward ticket from a previously unused trip please contact airblue reservations at 111-AIRBLUE (111-247-258) to apply your BlueMiles ticket to a new flight reservation.

Airblue's Internet Specials may only be purchased at airblue's web sites using the above-referenced credit cards.

Ticket Terms And Conditions

Attention all Passengers travelling to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: The government of Saudi Arabia requires institutional quarantine for those who plan to visit the country and must, also, obtain medical insurance to cover their treatment of (COVID-19). Violators of this clause shall be punished in accordance with penalties as announced by the Saudi Government. Tickets are non-transferable and non-endorsable, and are subject to the following terms and conditions (which are subject to change):

REPORTING TIME:
Flights open for check-in 2 1/2 hours before scheduled departure time on domestic flights and 4 hours before scheduled departure time on international flights. Passengers must check-in 2 hours before flight departure. Check-in counters close 45 min before flight departure for domestic, and 90 minutes before the scheduled departure for international flights.

LOST/DAMAGED BAG COMPENSATION:
Maximum liability for damaged or missing baggage is $20.00 US per kg on international flights and PKR 1000 per kg on domestic flights

TICKET CHANGES:
Passengers pay the change fee indicated on the e-ticket display, PLUS the difference in the fare. Same fare is not guaranteed. Exchanges are allowed for the same sector only. Fees apply for each passenger. Change Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

TICKET REFUNDS:
Passengers pay the refund fee indicated on the e-ticket display. For refunds, NIC must be provided for all passengers.
NOTICE: Partial Refunds are NOT ALLOWED on connecting flight bookings.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

TICKET EXPIRATION:
Tickets expire 30 days after flight date. Expired tickets have no value, cannot be refunded, cancelled or changed.

LIMITED LIABILITY:
The maximum airline liability in the event of denied boarding, delayed or cancelled flight is limited to the price paid for the ticket.

FOR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PURCHASES - VERIFICATION REQUIRED:
The passenger(s) will NOT be allowed to travel, until the credit/debit card has been verified by Airblue. The card holder must present (in person) the Credit/Debit Card and Photo ID (NIC or passport) of the country from which the credit/debit is issued. The card holder name must appear on the credit/debit card for the Verification purposes. This can be done at the airport at the time of Check-In, -or- at any Airblue sales office prior to travel.
Any refunds will be done within 30 business days.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION:
Once the payment has been completed the E-Ticket confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email or SMS within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
